I looked it up and it said it's a "chocolate-covered wafer biscuit bar". Sometimes sweets make me feel really good for a very short time while in POIS, but afterwards I get a crash and feel terrible. Not sure of the cause though.

Could be the cocoa, could be the milk. You haven't given us much information.
Are you allergic to dairy products? I am and milk chocolate like that in Kit Kats blocks my sinuses too.
Dark chocolate always gave me a mental boost and I think it's because it's high in phenylethylamine (also known as PEA). It also has natural cannibanoids which help you relax. Chocolate gives a quick and short-lived boost as the substance quickly increases dopamine but PEA is also quickly broken down by an enzyme (MAO-B). If it wasn't, chocolate would make people high.

Its the sugar which gives you increased gut permability, but ih you have problems with leaky gut you get intoxicated and the body tries get rid off it producing mucus etc.

i am taking daily around 10g of dark chocolate, with l-tyrosine, b vitamins and taurine in order to increase the dopamine levels. do you think it is a good mix?

Odd, if I took all that I'd feel wired :)
I suspect the taurine is the only thing stopping you from feeling very jittery. How much of that are you taking?
Also, do you drink tea? I'm wondering whether decaffeinated green tea extract which contains catechins and theanine might be a good way to improve dopamine to norepinephrine balance. Caffeine would be a bad idea. The cure for feeling anxious isn't to drink more caffeinated beverages, even if some have added carnitine, taurine and even theanine to give more focus than jitter.
Reducing the chemical markers of anxiety and stress seem to be key. It's working for me anyway.

i'm taking 500mg taurine + 500mg of l-tyrosine + a cuarter of one hidroxil pill (an entire one makes me feel too tired) + some dark chocolate.
i've not tried decaffeinated green tea but I will do soon and let you know.
i'm taking all this stuff because my libido is zero. i have also to say that at the moment i am pois free only when i use niacin
thank you very much

You want to increase your libido?
I don't have any libido problems. Actually, less inclination to O may be a positive thing for me :)
Have you had your hormone levels checked?

yes, only prolactine was a bit high, but my doctor told me it was normal, given that the night before the blood test i couldn't sleep very well, so she told me it was high likely because of that

That's odd. I thought prolactin levels were lower after poor sleep.

It never hurts to get a second opinion.
Let me put it to you this way. If your prolactin levels are lowered by bad sleep and they were a bit high (but still in range) then perhaps they're higher still normally. That appears plausible.
I spoke to a nurse about POIS a while back. She works with a small charitable organisation in my country that helps people with another rare disease that I thought it might be possible was similar to POIS and wanted to find out more. She said.
"If what your doctor says doesn't make sense to you then question them on it. Don't be afraid to change doctors.. Don't tell a doctor what they want to hear just because they're not listening to you or don't believe your symptoms and, most importantly, don't let anybody tell you it's all in your head".
The last bit resonated with me.
