Title: Spontaneous POIS symptoms

Hello, Juan from Chile here.

Does somebody else get the POIS symptoms spontaneously when waking up? Not because of an ejaculation or orgasm, just after waking up, and lasting for the period POIS last for you, in my case two days. I unfortunately do and would like to know if someone else can relate.

I experience tinnitus (as part of POIS and my food sensitivities) which is much more noticeable when lying down or waking up in the mornings. I also notice that if I eat a meal before bed that I'm sensitive to, I wake up with POIS like symptoms as if the inflammation was on pause while I was asleep and then I have to deal with it the following morning.
