Today i exercised after a week gap amid pois symptoms as i did an O like 2 hours before exercise, after few minutes of exercises i got palpitations like hell. 😭
It sucks 😔

No pain though, Every freaking time this happens i feel like i ll die on a spot which makes me do a compulsion to reach home as soon as possible.
