How many of these cases can be attributed to POIS?
-
A lot of case if you ask me!
A lot of symptomes are the same like in pois, but
on the other side a lot of them are not
comon in pois peoples.
-
Dhat syndrome emerges in the United States from anti-masturbation semen Retention/NoFap groups (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41443-023-00732-2)
-
there are 2 dhat syndrome presentations missing from pois
1 they usually have targeted anxiety and shamefulness towards masturbation, which causes low sex drive.
2 white gray presentation in urine individuating leakage of semen.
3 low sex drive or impotence
all 3 are missing from vast majority of pois cases yes some cases of self diagnosed pois can be dhat syndrome but pois in itself is a different disease.
another disease which closely related to pois and dhat syndrome is
Post-coital tristesse
this is a pure physiological disorder same as dhat syndrome people get feeling of shame and dread after masturbation and this leads to long term impotence.

There is also a Chinese version of it. We are truly one world one people ;D :-\
