Title: Anyone else has their symptoms starting 4-5 days after O?

I have noticed several times that the first three days after orgasm I feel relatively normal altough weaker and less comfortable, then often I get sick for about 10 days on day 4-5 after orgasm. Anyone else has this? I have read at least one other post about similar problem.
My symptoms include leg muscle pains, weakness, hot forehead, tinnitus, sore throat occasionally and generally unpleasant feeling, alot like when having the flu, just slightly less intense.

My only solution so far for POIS is to avoid orgasm at least for 90 days, after long period like one month, I feel like the POIS illness after 4-5th day appears less likely, or at least with less intensity.

with me, it is +/- 8h after orgasm: often, that means the day after
that made it difficult to make the link at first between orgasm and the symptoms

In the beginning it was instant for me. Since being on testosterone it now takes a few days before it shows up. Still working on getting my dosage right with my doctor but it has been promising so far.
