Title: At-Home SCIT/SLIT

Has anyone used SCIT at home or just SLIT?  Is there an updated recommended protocol for both? 

What's the latest recommended treatment protocol that Dr. Waldinger is using?

Does SCIT seem to produce better results than SLIT?

I am doing SCIT at home but I take lot of risks !  Dont do it yourself if nobody helps you
