Title: Please Help Me

Hello!
I am from Russia.
Unfortunately, I speak english not so good.
I have not found articles about POIS in Russian.
I am 33 years old.
I am a ill since 1999.
I have a lot of symptoms.
I have all symptoms of POIS. I have not venereal disease(only herpes)
What laboratory  tests should I take to confirm the POIS? "low progesterone"?
I have not only POIS, I think I have several autoimmune disease.
Where can i talk about my diseases with endocrinologists?
Anybody here from Russia?
