Title: Social phobia, neurosis and POIS

Who are suffer of social phobia like me ?
Fear to tell my pain, fear to fall in love, fear to do one activity, fear to the futur... who have a high degree of anxiety ?

I definitely have social anxiety. It's strongly correlated with other POIS symptoms with me. In addition to whatever chemical effect POIS is exerting on my brain, I think the social anxiety is exacerbated by my fear of having strong symptoms at the wrong moment. Makes it quite scary to commit to meeting people, as I can be anywhere from pretty charming and funny (low symptoms) to humourless, withdrawn and stumbling over words (high symptoms).
