Title: Do you have lunules on your nails?

Lunules those white spots at the bottom part of your nails where they connect with your skin, do you have them or not?

I only have a tiny bit left on both of my thumbs nails

I read that fewer lunules could be a sign of hypothyroidism

And in general a sign of worse health

How about you?

Do you have them on your fingers nails?

And what about your family and friends who are healthy and do not have POIS?

i had a period in my life where my nails got somewhat deformed

also had white spots on them

and very often i have the cuticule drawn back, due to soap allergy
