Who said you are going to die in 2 years and why? How would MCAS create such a dim possibility?

What tests you had that confirmed that you have MCAS? And what have you tried if anything for MCAS/POIS and has that worked or not?

Why does this mean you are going to die?

I have never had strong visually noticeable symptoms like those such as red spots etc. during POIS, most if not all of my symptoms are completely cognitive/neurological/energy levels and muscle and nerve related
