Title: What are the most commonly determined causes of POIS and their treatments ?

I am not up to date on the topic but would like to be before I mention my condition to my practitioner. I didn't find any clear summary concerning those 2 points, so the best idea I found is to post that.

If such a post was already created and provides enough answers, please redirect me !
