Title: Did your libido and amount of orgasms you can and want to have decrease?

Did your libido and amount of orgasms you can and want to have decrease ever since developing POIS? I feel like ever since I have had the POIS develop I did not have that much of the natural spontaneous libido as I did before and I also noticed that it would take longer time to regain the natural libido but maybe that is just a feeling

I have always be able to ejaculate alot  and even with pois my libido does not get affected. However, recently I started noticing what you described.  My libido came back to normal when I started using vitamin d3 and vitamin k. I can now ejaculate alot and my libido will back relatively  quickly.
