Kurtosis, and others, mentioned Pregnenolone wiped out all their POIS symptoms, if I read correctly.
Who else has tried this? If not, why not?
I heard on Joe Rogan's podcast interviewing a doctor, that pregnenelone can be a very effective supplement, called "the mother of all hormones".
Mine will arrive today, and I will test it this week.

Reporting back.
Took 50 mg 1.5 hours before O, and 50 mg after - didn't feel any difference. Also took 100 mg on the 2nd day of POIS, which is my worst day of it, and the 100 mg just made me very tired, but didn't reduce the anxiety at all.
Oh well. Onward and upward.

Tried Pregnenolone 100mg for the first time today, it clears brain fog for me and also eye contact seems much easier and natural for me than usual. (Note I wasn't in POIS.)

5 hours later it caused brain fog so I think that dose was too strong, I tried the day after a lower dose and then yesterday I forgot to take it, today I was feeling irritable and depressed (I hardly ever feel depressed) So I took 1/4 of a capsule after lunch today and for some reason when I was peeing it felt like mild orgasm feeling in my prostate, never had this before. I could also feel it if i put pressure on the perineum.
Then I read the bottle of the capsule afterwards and it said shouldn't be taken by people who are at risk of prostate cancer as it can cause tumours. So I won't be taking this anymore because I have a rare hereditary gene mutation 0.1797% which puts me at a greater risk for prostate cancer (this isn't in any of my gene reports I've posted in here.)
