Hi everyone. Does anyone have my symptoms of major aces and weakness in arms and feet, major headache, and whole body feels very weak and tingely, for 2-4 days? If yes please let me know what has helped you. because it is really taking away most of my quality of life. Thank you.

Thanks for your reply. It was a little low in the past. I take vit D supplements, it does not help my above symptoms. Also it does not seem related to vit. D, because symptoms only come after ejaculation.

physical and mental weakness are my worst symptoms of POIS.
Even when I do not have symptoms of POIS, I have to maintain a regulated diet and at the right times, if I go more than 2 hours without eating I start to become extremely weak. It's been 2 weeks since I messed up my diet because I forgot one meal, I was very weak and I was not willing to eat the other meals of the day, since then, I wake up late and spend hours to get up, like anything I can just to keep myself alive. , I'm lucky my mom is here and I ask her to do something for me to eat. Worse that my food is over and I am not even willing to go to the market to buy, I am trying to change this routine and start my diet again, but it is not easy.
When I was following my diet, which is gluten-free and lactose-free, I was feeling pretty good (no ejaculation, obviously), I had even started to exercise! but now that I've messed up my diet, my life has turned horrible again.
