SIBO is associated with deficiencies of:
- Vitamin B12
- Vitamin D
- Vitamin A
- Vitamin E
- Iron
- Vitamin B1 (Thiamine)
- Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide/Niacine)
So deficiencies of B12 and D is confermed among the testers. And many do good on Niacin. How is the status with the other vitamins and iron?

Lack of bile is also the cause of malabsorption of vitamins. Also regulates bacteria in the gut. As i said in other topics, artichoke and syllimarin helped me a lot. I bombarded my fatty liver with that. Cortisol went down, not so irritable, angry, aggressive anymore. My stomach acid went normal. No longer taking 30 pills of betain hcl+ pepsin per day, now it's 5-6 a day.

Interesting site and I agree.
Bile is essential for the detoxification of the liver, as well as for the digestion and absorption of fats and fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K).
Bile is required for vitamin A.
Proper bile output is important for preventing SIBO.
Bile has anti-inflammatory effects
A healthy liver make up to one litre of bile every day! Signs and symptoms of deficient bile include sluggish digestion, constipation, fatty stools, heartburn, pale tongue, pale urine, cold and pale skin, fatigue, difficulty digesting fat, bloating and hormone imbalance. A blood test can be used to confirm whether your bile is low.
How to increase bile (I should do a thread just for this):
Artichoke and syllimarin
Wormwood
Dandelion Root
Gentian
Turmeric
Burdock
Barberry
Garlic
Beets
Lemon
Drink plenty of water as bile is primarily composed of it.
Eat good fats like ghee, coconut and olive oil
Salt will help increase digestive secretions

Definitely do a thread! :)
