Title: Vasodilatory for pois related tiny vessels spasm

Hi guys

One element of pois is vascular spasm of parts in brain vessels. I was speculating the aspect that
Spasm could be reason for us having severe pois with nerve pain

I tried viagra and it works
Cinnarizine helps

I would like to listen to ur opinion what supplement or meds to improve cerebral blood flow and hence reliefing vasospasm

How much do you take Labyrinth? Do you time it? Is the effect reproducable? Does Cinnarizine show the same effect, how does that one compare to viagra?

Blood flow itself modulates endothelial NO levels. That could be a reason why some people may find relief with exercise.
"Flow-mediated dilation (FMD) refers to dilation (widening) of an artery when blood flow increases in that artery. The primary cause of FMD is release of nitric oxide by endothelial cells." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flow-mediated_dilation

Testosterone can increase dopamine via Nitric Oxide. Low T is a risk factor for endothelial dysfunction btw.
