Title: Anyone got POIS after being in specific place in vacation etc.?

Anyone ever got POIS after swimming in a lake or being in some specific place in same country or another country during vacation for example and has anyone's POIS changed for worse or better when being at other place/country/climate/environment or when exposed to nature's microbiome etc.? I recall /u/meatball4 u on /r/POIS telling someone had told him they got POIS after swimming in a lake I wonder if some kind of microbe that is in nature might cause POIS and if some other one that could combat POIS exists which is why I wanna know all if any changes in POIS when changing environment or being in some specific places in nature in contact with lots of stuff.

Nope, I just experienced almost 100% improvements on hollidays at sunny countries with people I love though.

I still had symptoms even when was in hot countries

Nope, I just experienced almost 100% improvements on hollidays at sunny countries with people I love though.
I wonder if lack of positively stimulating environment makes POIS worse and viceversa positive friendly people who you feel good with and 0 negative feelings combined with sun and warmth and relaxed environment releases antiinflammatory hormones like Oxytocin and overall puts body into a more restorative state.

Stress always destroyes hormonal balance, destressing has an increadibly good effect in repairing it. The best destress is beeing with the people you like/love. The "best" stress is probably beeing wit hthe people who stresses you.
