Hi, i have got igf-1 high level seem to be 388 !! i have 32 years old.
Some one have high level of this parameter?

they show me about 115-307

It's high but not very very high level then. Does sugar increase your symptoms ?
Do you have acne all the time or especially after ejaculation ?

High glycemic index food increases insuline and IGF-1 and then skin sebum activity.

I took another blood test, levels are still high, May 24 will do a glucose load test to see the response of GH and IGF-1. if it is still high could be a problem to the pituitary gland. Which by the way is a topic of pois, I keep you updated
