Can POIS be due to PANS/PANDAS/a similar mechanism? After infection body made antibody but it too targets something released during orgasm/sexual activity and during other activities which for some give minisymptoms (stress, exercise), immunity sees a hormone/something as an invader, causes inflammation so the symptoms, thus for some antihistamines, anti-inflammatories work as they suppress the reaction. When I was sick once I had 1 NE, 2 Os without brainfog so it can mean immunity relation for my POIS. Has any1 had less POIS when sick? Ever had infection after which u got POIS, something else?
