Title: Has anyone tried Luteolin ? I'm trying it now.. not sure if it's helping..

I came across this paper:

I have tried luteolin, and I don't think it helps me. If anything, it seems to exacerbate my cognitive symptoms.  I was wondering if anyone else has tried it though Its effects (reducing mast cell function and neuroinflammation) seem like they might treat people if the allergy/ auto-immune hypothesis holds for them.
