Title: Anyone POIS symptoms last for weeks?

Some of my POIS symptoms such as brain fog, snotty nose, burning eyes, depression last only a few days after orgasm. But other symptoms such as bad skins, swollen nose and mouth, speech and concentration problems will take weeks to see noticeable improvement.

Anyone here have the same issues? What do you do to deal with it?

Although big part of brainfog is reduced by day 7 I still see reduction of it and cognitive improvement on further days of abstinence.
