Title: POIS causes dehydration?

Hi

I noticed many of my POIS symptoms are just signs of dehydration: dry and tired skins, dry mouth, low fever, sagging face, sunken skin, always thirsty. These can last for months. And no matter how much water I drink, I still feel thirsty.

So maybe POIS somehow prevent our body from absorbing or holding enough water?

My other POIS symptoms include: sleep disorder(wake up in the middle of the night or can?t sleep), sometime joint pain(only happens with masturbation but not sex), depression, diarrhea and stomach problems(also only happens with masturbation).

What do you think? If anyone found way to hydrated the body during POIS please share.
