Title: very bad facial skins and depression during POIS

hi

as title said, my face skins looks like its been 10 years older after POIS(look saggy and dehydrated) my hair also look thinner, and this can last for 2 months before it starts to get better, I also suffer depression and anxiety during pois.

I used to only develop POIS from masturbation but not sex, however for some reasons I develop POIS after sex now but symptoms are lighter than if I masturbate. I dont know if this is connected but I used to stronger orgasm in sex, now my orgasm in sex is weaker and I get POIS afterwards.
