Title: Nitric oxide rule on pois vasogenic symptoms
Post by: Labyrinth on May 14, 2020, 01:45:41 PM
Is it worth it to try nitric oxide releaser meds as Rx for pois vasoconstriction

What things that help in pois vasoconstriction and release of nitric oxide

I've had some relief with citrulline malate, although nothing spectacular. Doesn't hurt to try. I think I've a few other members taking citrulline with limited success.

If you try L-Citrulline, I'd be curious if you try it in combination with the supplements mentioned as part of the prevent transient immune suppression (prepack, 90min prior) (https://poiscenter.com/forums/index.php?topic=3151.msg31893#msg31893) and report back :-)

(You don't need the c4 linked there, you can also have the supplements separately)
