I also saw your other post about motivation. I think before trying supplements, try to change your diet, e.g. cut out wheat, dairy, eggs for 2 weeks and see if that changes anything. Replace them with vegetable and fruits.

It is a fatty acid amide, similar to annanamide (the cannaboid bliss molecule). Activates PPAR alpha while reducing FAAH gene activity (that breaks down the annanamide) making you feel chill.

I developed a rash under my chin, I dont know if it is due to Palmitoylethanolamide. Have stopped it to see if the rash goes away. I hope its not Covid :) Well, if you dont hear from me in a weeks time, it means that perhaps I became one of the many casualties of this pandemic!
