Title: Stress and anxiety: Cause or effect?

Hi all.

Along with POIS symptoms after orgasm, I've found over the years that I'm a pretty stressed and anxious person. Not debilitatingly so, but definitely a problem.

I'm working on removing/reducing external sources of stress in my life, which just makes sense regardless. However I'm wondering, are stress and anxiety symptoms, or do they cause or exacerbate POIS? So I'm reaching out to the community with a poll. Thanks for participating!
