An idea...before ejaculation, before arousall...
With smallmicro plastic tube,
who will not damage things.

To use "oill" or proper supstance
to lubricate chanal of urethra and
to lubricate bladder area,  prostate area,
area where ejaculatory duct meet and glands.

So... to use proper (under doctor supervision) lubricnat who will
do job of 
"protect chanels from reaction"

I dumped a paper into my dropbox in the paper archive thread about seminal plasma IL-8, you should take a look at that one HOD. sIL-8 might be a marker for inflammation in the male Genitourinary System.
