Title: Antihistamine Allegra Working!

Hello all,

Just wanted to let you all know that I am experiencing relief the last time I tried to take allegra 20 minutes before activity. Usually I get foot pain, and much more muscle and joint soarness afterwards. This time, 90% of the pain was cured. I will continue to try this and hope it keeps working. Hope you can also try with success. I tried this because after reading article, it said that it may be an allergic reaction and some have been treated with antihistamines.

That's great to hear. Were you experiencing other symptoms besides the foot pain and soreness?
