Guys i hawe suspicion that in some of us felure of gut
(bacterial yeast fermentation)
feilure of enzayms in gut linings , liwer enzayme feilure
lead some of us to etanol metanol toxicity, ewan from small
amoutnts.
A lot of conection with us:
I mean on fods diet who helping us but some give symptomes,
and suplements who help to relefe symptomes.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Auto-brewery_syndrome
Patients with this condition can develop symptoms of auto-brewery
syndrome even when the gut yeast produces a quantity of alcohol that
is too small to intoxicate a healthy individual.[8]
This disease can have profound effects on everyday life.
As well as the recurring side effects of excessive belching,
dizziness, dry mouth, hangovers, disorientation, irritable bowel syndrome,
and chronic fatigue syndrome, it can lead to other health problems such as depression,
anxiety and poor productivity in employment.
The random state of intoxication can lead to personal difficulties,
and the relative obscurity of the condition can also make it hard to seek treatment.[9] [10]
Conection: sugar, carbs.

Conections:
Niacin =) linked to (NAD+) to NADH
Alcohol dehydrogenase group of dehydrogenase enzymes
the interconversion between alcohols and aldehydes or ketones
with the reduction of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) to NADH.
In humans and many other animals, they serve to break down alcohols
that otherwise are toxic
So furher conetion- lack of enzyms and posible enzyme feilure ("GENETIC"):
The enzyme is present at high levels in the liver and the lining of the stomach.[22]
It catalyzes the oxidation of ethanol to acetaldehyde (ethanal):
CH3CH2OH + NAD+ ? CH3CHO + NADH + H+
Methanol:
Alcohol dehydrogenase is also involved in the toxicity
of other types of alcohol: For instance, it oxidizes methanol to produce
formaldehyde and ethylene glycol to ultimately yield glycolic and oxalic acids
Zink conection:
Mammalian alcohol dehydrogenases also have a structural zinc site.
This Zn ion plays a structural role and is crucial for protein stability.
The structures of the catalytic and structural zinc sites in horse liver
alcohol dehydrogenase (HLADH) as revealed in crystallographic structures
Guys, what are you think? Intoxification from etanol metanol,
due flare up on guts and due all touse felures to metabolize,
some of us hawe those symptomes.
(congnitiwe and physical).

What I think about this. Hmm.
I currently reading lot of things about Paleao diet. One goal of this diet is to avoid or repair leaky gut.
It's not easy to say what is scientific and what is a fashion.
But the good shape of the gut is a main factor of general good shape.
Now, to find a link between pois and gut dysfunction is very very hard.
You can find dizain of possibles connections. But how to know ?
Try to eat better is the only thing we can do.
In my case, sugar makes my symptoms 3 times stronger and it gives me diarrheas but even after 8 years of diet without sugar, the problem still here. Did the problem solved if I had suppressed fruits and cereals too ?
Maybe, maybe not. Not sure yeast or gut is the problem. Maybe i don't have enough enzymes.

I can tell you one thing , pois act on me sometimes like somebody
put poison in me.
I read meny posts of poiser who say that guts flure up after O.
What if pois is realy this- guts flare up during arosaul,
flare up much more during O E, and produce small amount
of etanol, metanoll... wich we cant metabolize like normall people,
and that could be wery toxic on body, toxic on CNS ....
and this gets us all of our symptomes.
We know that some poiser go in constant pois sick cycle
ewan in apstinence, so this teory can hold some water!
To this day no mesurable imune test result who can say pois is becuse of this.
So, auto brewery syndrom is wery rare, and i think that we are the group of
unlacky peoples with guts and enzayms felure.
This could be coused due antibiotic use(why? because of bad luck, read up),
like on onadher side we know that some people whos lucky enough
had been helped by antibiotics.
Take a look on methanol petweys for exemple

Take look stages , like pois cascade...
1. Stage 1 occurs 30 minutes to 12 hours after ingestion and is characterized by metabolic effects and CNS depression. Symptoms include slurred speech, ataxia, anion gap-metabolic aci-dosis, proteinuria, hematuria, and calcium oxalate crystals. 2. Stage 2 occurs 12 to 36 hours after ingestion and is characterized by cardiopulmonary effects. Symptoms include rapid respiration, cyanosis, pulmonary edema, and cardiomegaly. 3. Stage 3 occurs 2 to 3 days after ingestion and is characterized by renal insufficiency. Symptoms include proteinuria, oliguria, and anuria.

Very interesting hopeoneday. I belch a lot and I certainly have low digestive enzymes. If I dont take protolytic enzymes after each meal, I have a whole gas factory in me (which sadly produces farts). I do think it could be possible that due to our messed up guts (lack of enzymes) when we ejaculate, a host of brain as well as skin/neurological symptoms are produced. One thing for sure with me is, that POIS does not out of blue produces the symptoms it does. I have in general brain fog, I have in general nerve weakness, but POIS simply produces these symptoms 100 fold more, exceeding my tolerance.
1. So question for all, assuming our gut enzymes are messed up (and we dont have this enzyme), Alcohol dehydrogenase enzyme, would we need it with normal daily meals? or one need it only when drinks beer/wine only?
2. About NAD. I live a active lifestyle and still play all sports, but since childhood sometimes I cannot even lift my arms. And this has happend to me consistently. Anyone experience it regularly?

I am hiper intolerant to alcohol, yesterday while i was driving car,
i eat 2 bounty chocolate bars, stomach starte burping a lot from thouse
bars, after that my sensitive tooth ache and i took two thre drops
of herb tincture( farmachy drops etanol disolwed for oral use), on that burping
when i swalowed two thre drops of tincture i get such a bad reaction,
i almoust feinted while driving like poisoned.
Swell, this teory is that we produce small amounts of alcohol in guts,
especsialy during sex ,arosaul ,eyaculation,
wich we cant metabolize propererly because lack of
enzayms in gut linings and liwer ...and those alcohols
if not metablolize became wery toxic cemicals.
