Title: ibuprofen tolerance reset？

Hi, I take ibuprofen everytime I develop joint pain from POIS, but I notice that one capsule of ibuprofen no longer work on my pain. Is it possible to reset the tolerance of ibuprofen by stop taking it for a while so it can be effective again?
