Did anyone had a blood test for the pituitary gland?
The hormones that can be tested via a simple blood test include: cortisol, thyroid, prolactin, testosterone and growth hormone.
I remember that my thyroid was a little bit low. Also testosterone was low. I can’t remember that I tested the other hormones.

Next week I will have a blood test for liver and kindey function because I use a lot of antiobiotics for my prostititis. About 2 weeks I have an appointment with my doctor and I will ask him for a Pituitary blood test.

Cortisol, thyroid, DHEAS and Tryptase were all normal. Only testosterone was a bit low (9,6; should be 10-30). But I did the blood test at 3pm. Testosterone is higher in the morning. And it’s better to have an early bloodtest.

Also testosterone was low.
Low testosterone seems like a common result in many POISers.

Thanks, Nas. I didn’t know that.
