Pls guys check your blood sugar in Pois my comes high in Pois

It would be interesting to know if high blood sugar was one of the few universal symptoms of POIS. I have no way of checking my blood sugar at this time, but fenugreek is supposed to lower blood sugar, and it is the one thing that has helped me the most.

Very interesting topic for me.
I have tested 2 times the bloodsugar in Pois, during the flu-like episode.
You have to know that the symptoms of body wamth feeling often come 30 minutes after meal ! If I take a lot of carbohydrates like sugar, white bread or white rice the symptoms is stronger. If I eat onlt vegetables and meat with few carbs, this symptom is weak on non-present. So it must be linked to insuline/blood sugar.
I thought it may be an hyperglycemia. I have tested 2 times my blood sugar during these episodes with a glucose-meter. The levels were normal.
The last point is B3 seems not effective to counter these symptoms (at my medium levels : 100-120mg).
What is it ? I think it's an inflammation.

I checked several times with grandparents' glucometer - that was alright. Overall, as I retain my half a year's back blood tests, everything was in normal range, except cholesterol at the upper bound. I also expected sugar to be high as it tends to increase in stress, but it was even lower than average..
