Title: What is the worst time to orgasm?

Hi guys.l
I personally feel like I experience the worst POIS symptoms when I orgasm in the morning as I usually spoil the entire day.
What time do you experience the worst symptoms?

No noticeable difference for me relative to time of day, since my symptoms, with no control method, used to last 2 to 3 days, so one night sleep is not enough to help.

I think that the worst time is the morning and the best the evening two hours before sleep so you spend 8 hours of POIS not awake.
