Hi guys!
From time to time I have NE without E ,if that makes sense ...
For example last night,I woke up after O ,and didnt find any signs of E ,it was my 2nd day of POIS after regular O.And I developed less severe symptoms of 1st day.
I notticed serious lack of symptoms,but still it caused me P.O.I.S.
And tbh I feel less energetic then after regular O,maybe due less brain fog, so maybe I am more aware of situation idk.
I also feel more sleepy and lazy compared to regular P.O.I.S,I slept to 2pm,and still didnt had energy to go out of bed,weird...altough all other symptoms(except headache) seems to be less severe compared to regular O without niacin.(with niacin I would not develop all symptoms,but still most of the symptoms would be more severe I think).

Oh yes, I can relate to that too, especially when alarm clock is not set. It's like as if something put you under general anaesthesia during your sleep!!! On these times when I awaken due to a noise or something and look at the time I start thinking: "Oh thank goodness something woke me up" realising half the day or even more is already over. Might as well skip breakfast!!! But when this happens and my alarm clock is on and I'm supposed to get quickly ready it's truly hard moments. It's similar or rather worse than to the after effects of alcohol poisoning.
And yes I agree, still exhausted even after an abnormally long sleep. I guess especially these times are probably similar to what people with CFS go through.

I once read about this and it was called "brain orgasm", where there is no "E".
Otherwise it has the same sexual "dream" components of an NE. Including "orgasm" --- but no "E".

Even in my very worst POIS days, I never had a single symptom with "brain orgasm". Interesting phenomenon.

I would not call it a brain orgasm. It was a hot wave of energy which started at my head then went all over my body.

Idk,I think that is in my case that is just normal O during sleep just without E,but I develop P.O.I.S anyway ,wich makes me think that my pois might not related to sperm/semen alergy,but who knows,because I think that after that type of O P.O.I.S is weaker.Except once:
I woke up during O,and stoped it on the beggining,no E at all,still I had Pois, I took fenugreek 5 hours after that,syptoms became much worse,and I developed full pois syptoms.Day after it was my sisters wedening,destiny,bad luck or whatever :/

Hi Spartak,
Some members have reported POIS symptoms with only pre-cum fluid ( what is coming from the Cowper glands, also called bulbourethral glands). So, it is not necessarily about complete semen - there can be allergen in other fluids, like the pre-ejaculatory fluids. And a few drops is hard to detect.
Some members have reported symptoms with even some minor level of arousal, like seeing an attractive women in the street ( not a lot of symptoms, but still, a few). Is there some minimal production of pre-cum that would even not show outward? I don't know. If not, there could be some purely neurological trigger for POIS, at least for a part of the symptoms, and another part from allergic origin, who knows. But it is a complicated issue, and not all cases are identical. In my case, when I had no relief method at all, POIS following a NE was 10% to 20% , compared to a 100% POIS after "awake" ejaculation. Go figure. Even from one "awake" E to another, I experiment different levels of severity, with no clear reasons.

Yea,as you said once P.O.I.S is still mistery.
I have no idea what cause P.O.I.S in my case (ofc),but I am after all these years sure that pre cum fluids do not cause me any symptoms.So I belive that is not problem in this case.Few days ago for example I had NE ,I woke up no E,stoped O at the beggining and still developed P.O.I.S. .

Many of us are in this case.
