Please share your experience.

I believe I have tried some that was prescribed by my neurologist after a diagnosis of "Post Coital Headache", turned out that it didn't do anything for POIS.

Hi
I tried one Who Is found in chocolate and Coffee no results
But i tried pseudo ephedrine Who Is a vasoconstrictor and worked Well for a while
Humex = pseudo ephedrine + paracetamol
I tried it without paracetamol
Coffee can be vasodilatator or vasoconstrictor it depends about the quantity

https://www.medicinenet.com/vasodilators_drug_class_side_effects_list_of_names/article.htm#are_there_herbal_natural_or_over-the-counter_otc_vasodilator_products_available
"Are there herbal, natural, or over-the-counter (OTC) vasodilator products available?
Examples of natural herbs or supplements that cause blood vessels to open include:
    Coenzyme Q10
    L-arginine
    Magnesium
    Cocoa
    Garlic
Niacin (nicotinic acid or vitamin B3)"

All of those seem to be often mentioned by POISers. (could be because of their other effects too)

Garlic works well for me, reducing symptoms. There is a lot on the forum about garlic. I take one pill of garlic extract with dinner, then ejaculate around 20min to half an hour later. Then I also take garlic pills for a few more days.

More interesting is the vasodilator viagra. My premature ejaculation is so strong, I didn't manage to penetrate last few times when I had the chance. So, next time I have the occasion (I have no idea when that will be), I will definitely try viagra. It is occasionally mentioned in the forum here and there, but not too much. It is supposed to really open up all the blood vessels in the pelvic area.
