Title: How do you define your POIS in a paragraph?

I would like all of your input and stories. I want to understand what it is we think POIS is if no one else gets it...

Please give your definition, of your POIS. It can be descriptive, generalized or whatever your want it to be.

1 paragraph please guys. I know it will be hard. 

Btw, it would be awesome if most of you guys commented on this thread that way we get some kind of consensus.

Before treatment, 4 days’ unbelievable, oppressive fatigue.

Now, 1.5 days in-POIS, more cognitive probs than fatigue, incl social anxiety, concentration. No *smiling*

The worst: creativity (associative thinking) & humor are...sometimes LOST!

Sometimes better, sometimes worse. 10 years at this forum & I still don’t understand it. But the forum has helped me cope, find relief and support. With people here who understand!

When I want to be poetical I say that the bluest sky feels grey during pois.

Before I cut sugars from my diet my POIS was devastating, now it is just bad.

I wonder Quantum do you suffer from compulsive obsessive thoughts on POIS ? Or do you feel that you have an obsessive personality ?

Hi Nas,

No, I have no compulsive obsessive thoughts, in or out of POIS.  My main psychological symptoms when not taking my pre-pack are anxiety, mood instability, irritability, social withdrawal, and the like.  Not unlike a wounded animal who go hide in a corner  ( and don't try to get to close to him...)

Yeah, well, I don't know if POIS causes compulsive obsession or it was a side effect of the psychological fuckery we have to deal with during POIS.
