Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing fine.
Over the last two months, I have changed my lifestyle which helps me with POIS
- No sleeping after 12 o'clock no matter what. I also take one nap in the afternoon
- slight cardio 5days a week
- Never get enough of green tea
- been taking Piracetam, Chloramphenicol and dexamethasone (Check with your doctor if you want to try them)
I'm more focused and motivated, less depressed and with better performance at school

does it helps decrease racing mind ?
