Title: SYMPTOMS, anyone?
Post by: Alessandro84 on August 20, 2014, 04:49:44 AM
Hello,
I haven't read the various topics in the forum, yet, but I'd like to know if someone has these symptoms after orgasm or if they are only a coincidence:

- Itchy hands, especially in the morning and when rub.

- Oily face skin, especially forehead.

- Profuse underarm sweating for every small kind of stress.

- Tingling in the feet

Can someone test for cortisol?

I think cortisol is related too. Unfortunately, i haven't had the chance to test this hormone yet.
As for the symptoms, i don't have any of them. Mine are strictly cognitive. But i have noticed few members having referred some of those.

Thanks for your replay, it would be interesting if we could create a database of values.
In my case, for example, I have high salivary cortisol.

I see this is a pretty old topic, but I, too get a lot more sweating and chills when I'm in POIS. Also, I had two blood tests run at 1 day and 4 days into my 6-day cycle and cortisol levels were normal both times.

Thanks for your information.
Do you sweat because of anxiety? I notice that I became hyperactive (perfectionist) and I start to sweat, because I can't do all of what I have in mind...

Sweating in general  is increased. I might get back to you on this with a clearer description next time I enter a cycle.

Thanks, so we can share opinion about it.
In my case, I think I have adrenaline rushes that make my neck and upper back tense.

I also notice that I can't move lower back in the morning upon waking.

Another symptom is hyperactivity or impatience.
It comes with thoughts about fear not to do all my works, not having enough time...
When anxiety starts, I start to sweat and I think that the other problems are linked with adrenaline: poor digestion, tight muscle, cold hands.

What is the cause that create this impatience and perfectionism? I'm reading about histamine, what do you think about?
I notice a big improvement with Zinc Picolinate, but I can use it only one week because than increase anxiety.
Best is 5mg two-three days after O, than stop this supplement.

Before my 33 years, i didn't have this sweating.
Now, 36 years, i have it and it's an horror.
When i fell that especialy outside, i know my symptoms come back.
Did you try magnesium against your anxiety, or another medication perhaps ?
I take xanax sometimes, not especially for anxiety but against the pain in my muscles
