How do you deal with UTI? I have a few UTI's in 1 year. So I have antibiotics a few times in a year. I drink cranberry juice, cranberry tablets.... What can I do more?

It's a little like you say, once you've had a couple, they're more likely to come back.
Perhaps there's a strain of bacteria that has developed an immunity to the antibiotic. This often results if one doesn't take the antibiotic treatment to its proper final. And if the bug develops an immunity, perhaps that "final" could be twice as long as a normal case.
So I don't know what's happening on your side, but look for a new line of antibiotic and take it for twice the time they say (not twice the dose).
Have to think about natural mechanizms........ anyone?

I've had one all year round, just will not clear. I've taken more than one course of each, Trimethoprim and Nitrofurantoin, I'm shaking quite badly, kind of like muscle tremors and there has been blood in my urine, I think it may be prostatitis.

It's quite bad, I've been urinated blood also, I can't go see a new doctor and explain I'm taking drugs illigally.

I think it's important enough that you go to one now, even if it's a different one.
You're taking testosterone right? not sure if it can be the casue or not. But even if you are taking illegally, he can't throw you in jail. Sure he can get mad at you etc. etc. but you are best to guard your health and worry about him giving you shit later.
Go to a different doctor if you want to try to keep your POIS treatment isolated.

I know I should do exactly what you said, but I have quite severe agoraphobia up till day 5 of POIS, infact I can only think one or two times in my head in recent years where I've left my house or bedside in the first days of POIS, it's day 5 today, I should be feeling a lot better given the treatment I'm giving myself, but I don't and I only assume this is down to extreme stress and an infection. I stupidily used the same vial to to constitute and store my HCG for about 3 months, on top of that I also used the same syringe to conserve the medicine as ~ 0.6ml is lost each time. Bad medical practise. Also I have poor hygine when I'm in POIS as everything is extremely difficult and tough to keep clean and groom, I fell into a repeated POIS cycle.
The UTI just doesn't go away, I can't even get even get a urine stream started, also my last ejaculate had an extremely strong fishy smell.
I'll go tomorrow.

I had another UTI. Maybe that's because now I have 4 O.'s a week. I have 50 % less symptoms because of the desensitization, but UTI is still a problem. And maybe it was because I run out of cranberry tablets. I ordered them but I didn't take them for 10 days.
I was wondering. Every time I have an UTI the same testicle is bigger than the other and has a red colour. It is the testicle on the right. Do others with UTI notice this too?

Do you take probiotics regulary? I had frequent UTIs, since i take good probiotics i havent had one.

I did. I used probiotic drinks like Yakult. But that gave me stomach problems and acne.
But maybe when I use probiotic tablets I don't have that kind of problems.

I think it will be even worse, because they work much stronger than Actimel and Yacult. I took these ones: http://www.naturesway.com/Products/Probiotics/15652-Primadophilus-Optima.aspx.
I felt very bad after the first doses so i would recommend you to take some weaker probiotis, like single strain Dicoflor. The strain is called lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (LGG), its good for food allergies.

Maybe I should look for lactose free probiotic pills. I have an allergy for lactose. And most probiotics contains lactose.

My prostate is swollen again. I know when I go the doctor they will find nothing in the urine. A few weeks ago my GP gave me antibiotics even there is nothing found in the urine. That's because he knows I am a POIS patient. But this time I will wait two weeks. Maybe the prostate doesn't get swollen anymore if I don't have an O. I am tired of taking antibiotics all the time. But I feel sick right now even without POIS.

What are the symptoms of the UTI? Have you tried Saw Palmetto? I ask this because I used to have inflammation down there that made it painful to urinate or have a bowel movement, but saw palmetto made virtually all the pain go away.

Thanks Vincent. I saw on Google that there are a lot of benefits from saw palmetto for people who have problems with the prostate.
I have a swollen prostate, a mild fever, joints hurt, I have to go to the toilet a lot of times, it hurts in the kidney area. And a burning feeling when I urinate.
Tomorrow I have to go to the desens doctor. So I have to O. But I will ask him about this.
But I will also buy saw palmetto. How often do you take it? And which dose?

The doctor gave me antibiotics for a month now. Last time only for 10 days.
I will buy Saw Palmetto and give it a try.

I take one 540mg Swansan brand capsule about 15min before my nightly orgasm. I guess it'd work best for you to take one every morning and one every night before bed since you seem to have worse pain in that area of your body than I did. It also helps with my joint pain and other symptoms a little.

I think I have a hydrocele or a spermatocele. Every time it's the same testicle that looks bigger. But it's fluid in one side of the scrotum. Next week I will go to the urologist and tell him about this.

Today the doctor gave me the results of the ultrasound of the prostate and scrotum.
Important: they found a small cyst on the right testicle. That's the testicle where moisture gets into the scrotum. And the right side is the side which gives me pain and problems. The doctor said that the cyst is small and that he advices me to do nothing. Because when I remove the cyst, this will affect my fertility.
Maybe there are others here who do do an ultrasound. If they also find a cyst on the testicle and you don't want any children you can let the cyst remove. And see if your POIS symptoms get less.
They also found small damage on the glans of the p.
And there was lime in the prostate. Which means that I had several UTI.

I will ask about an ultrasound, I will have a hard time convincing my doctor though. I don't think I have had a UTI before, but that might be easier to find out.
On another note, I had a physician tell me they were concerned about causing something like the disease lupus with injecting semen. Has Dr. Wandinger said anything regarding those concerns?

Strange that not many people with POIS have UTI. But it's better not to have it! My UTI got worse that last 2 years. Maybe because I have that desens program. Or maybe because many of you use Niacin. I doesn't relief me. But maybe Niacin helps to widen the vains. So that semen goes out easily. UTI normally is been caused by urine that stays in the system. With POIS-patiens maybe a bit of semen doesn't come out and stays in. And then it becomes inflamed. So I will try Niacin too before an O.

Now I understand my symptoms better. I think I have a prostate problem. This was caused because of sitting on the office chair for too long. And after work when I mast. I can sit for more than 2 hours on my office chair at home. So from now on I will stand more and take more breaks. I want to visit a men's clinic which is specialized in prostate problems, like chronic prostatitis and prostate pain.
