Title: what to take for nerves....dry nerves / dead nerves

my theory is our nerves get dry after sex and they get dry and then dead almost .......we need to nourish them what meds are good for that please guide .....
terrible days of my too much anxiety too much depression ..... i cant abstain..... please guide .....

I have Sjogren's Syndrome. Look it up it causes dryness and it cause small fiber nerve damage which I also have. They give Evoxac for dryness but it didnt help my pois

One of the only known supplements that help diabetic nerve issues is alpha lipoic acid. But hasnt helped me
