Hey guys,I think that my POIS is cause by Pyyrole disorder which trigger by an orgasm.I remember that when I was young before I start masturbation I had lots of white spots on my finger nail.I don't know what to do where to go right now :(( guys please tell me how to fix this problems.I'm on day 2 POIS I want to commit suicide right now.I need to deal with these crazy brain fog for 3 days more!

that's interesting unicorn, I voted "not sure" but upon reading about pyrrole disorder I def. have a lot of the symptoms mentioned. also interesting is the fact that it is treated with niacinamide & B6 among other things. thanks for sharing with us!

We maybe have that but for me it's a dead end ; It's very controversial and very difficult to get test for that ; I tried high dose of Zinc + B6 for long time and the results are very inconsistent

Just came across this page and then this poll. I actually had the pyroluria test done and it came back positive. Been supplementing with B6, p5p and zinc in order to normalize my krytopryole levels. Not sure if it has anything to do with my apparent POIS though.
