I wondered If removing both the testicles would help is curing POIS ? Is anyone successful in curing from POIS by Orchidectomy ? Or if you you know anyone who is cured from POIS by orchi ?
-
It will not help as vasectomy does not help too. There are 2 cases with vasectomy which did not help. Stoping the semen production helped Animus, but not orchi itself. I think the most beneficial would be some combination of vasectomy-seminal vescicle removal and turp. But its the last option if nothing helps.

Hmm, Interesting .

Yes we have only had the one case, Animus, who was helped, but an orchidectomty wasn't enough.
In the end, he had to remove everything.
And being just one case, it isn't enough to guarantee that it would work with everyone.
Think about how it would feel, to have everything removed, and it doesn't work completely, and besides that, they come out with a
cause and cure within a short period of time afterwards.
We don't know for sure what causes POIS. We may have our guesses, and theories, but stand a good chance of being wrong. Why base a non-reversible solution on a hunch? Sounds good now.
We say, "I'm willing to do anything, anything is better than this...." until what you do makes it worse, and can't be undone.

Thanks for your reply daveman , I was planning to get under orchidectomy, without your reply I would have suffered badly,
Thanks once again .

I'm glad you decided that, hardy! We are finally on a path where the medical world will take us much more seriously than in the past.
I believe that no one will need extreme treatment measures for POIS. Even without scientific research, some of us have gotten results with testosterone, niacin, fenugreek, etc.
It's a promising start!

True , thanks for that response demo.
